How long does a full brand take?
Most Signature projects run around 5 weeks from kick-off to delivery. A Refresh is quicker; a full Wildhouse package with website and photography takes longer. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do I get to have input?
Always. We work collaboratively and you'll have clear moments to give feedback at every stage — but you're also hiring us for our expertise, so we'll always guide you toward what's right for your business, not just what's safe.
I already have a logo. Can you just tidy it up?
Sometimes that's exactly the right call. That's what our Refresh package is for. If your foundations are solid we'll build on them. If they're holding you back, we'll be honest about that too.
What if I need a website too?
Perfect - branding and websites are better together. Our Wildhouse package bundles brand, website, photography and a marketing launch kit so everything ships cohesive and on-message from day one.
Do you offer payment plans?
