I've worked with Wildhouse for over 4 years now, and have used a range of virtual assistants within the virtual EA, bookkeeping, AND creative teams.
My favourite part of working with Wildhouse is, even though you are assigned a 'head VA', you actually have access to the full team who each have their own areas of expertise. Often times we would require support in multiple areas of our business, and instead of having a full-time person with just 1 skill set, we can have a whole team of VAs in the background. I also love that we can dial up or dial down the support from them as required because they know that not '1 size fits all' for their clients.
I absolutely feel like my VA is a part of my team, and I even have her on our own website!
