"How long will my website project take?"
It's one of the first questions we get. And honestly, it depends. But here's a general idea of what to expect.
For a standard five to ten page website, you're looking at around four to six weeks from our first strategy session to launch day. The timeline shifts depending on a few key things: the scope of the project, how quickly you get us content, and how fast feedback comes back.
The Wildhouse Process
We start with a strategy session where we dig into your goals, your brand, and what you actually want your website to do. Once we've got that sorted, we get to work on design and building it out.
During this phase, we need you to provide content - images, copy, branding elements, all the bits that make your site yours. The quicker we get what we need, the faster things move.
After we send over the first draft, we'll need your feedback for revisions. Getting those back to us promptly keeps the project on track and gets you live on time.
Timelines Can Shift
Not every project fits neatly into four to six weeks. If your site has more than ten pages, needs custom features, or includes complex functionality, it'll take longer. On the flip side, smaller projects (like a landing page or a quick refresh) can wrap up faster.
We'll talk through your specific timeline during the discovery session, so you know what to expect from the start.
